Attorney Miller is a graduate of Littlestown High School. He attended college at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut, where he graduated cum laude in 1983. He attended the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate in the Spring of 1988. From 2012 through early 2005, Attorney Miller was the principal owner of and sole practitioner in the Law Office of Thomas E. Miller, Esquire, LLC. Attorney Miller is pleased to join Becker Law Group, P.C. as an Attorney of Counsel as of March 2025.

Attorney Miller is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the York County Bar Association, and the Federal Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association. He is admitted to the practice of law before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and all Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Attorney Miller has served as the past Solicitor of the North Codorus Township Planning Commission and the Union Township Zoning Hearing Board. He was a candidate for Common Pleas Judge in Adams County in 2009 and was a contributing writer of legal articles for the Hanover Evening Sun. Attorney Miller was past president of the Littlestown branch of the Hanover YMCA. He also served as Attorney-Advisor to the Mock Trial Teams of both Delone Catholic High School and Littlestown High School.

Attorney Miller resides in the Abbottstown area with his wife of 40 years, Pamela A. Miller, and they have three (3) adult children together.
